Phenomenal customer service. I went in looking for an old PC flash cable, but they were fresh out. The staff were so helpful, they even went through some yet-to-be sorted cables that had just come in to see if they had another one in back.
I was visiting in Monterey when I realized I had forgotten my battery charger for my Nikon camera. Not good. So I googled and found Green's. Gave them a call, and the lady who answered knew exactly what I needed.
Called the Monterey location to ask about availability of color film before walking in. Had a pleasant and informative customer service experience on the phone, and received a welcoming greeting as I walked in. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly to newbies like me.
