I cannot say enough about Elliot at Mike’s Camera in Menlo Park. Rarely have I seen the level of help and customer service she gave me. I was in to make a special birthday photo book for my son and am “tech challenged”.
My go to camera shop. 1 as a photographer, I borrowed the equipments. They made it easy and inexpensive. Recommend reserve ahead so they can bring other equipment from Sacramento to the Menlo Park store roughly one day. Reserve few days ahead to make sure. 2. Passport shots. Better quality than other store.
Thank you so much José! I brought in my camera which Canon quoted online about $450 to send in and fix. José took less than 5 minutes to help me figure out a work-around at no cost (my camera's counterfeit protection had issues but José helped me bypass it).
I had an amazing experience buying two brand-new cameras here! The guys were awesome—very straightforward, incredibly helpful, and super kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a thorough rundown of all the camera settings, which I appreciated so much.
