We took our 3 month baby for passport photos and the service was great. The photographer has a white background for the baby to lay on making it easier to photograph. When I called other places, they recommended bringing the baby in a car seat and putting a white sheet to get the photo.
Excellent Service! I wanted a Tamaron lens that wasn’t in stock, but they had it ordered for me right away. James was great, he was very polite and professional, and explained F stop to me in the best way possible using an older lens as an example.
I was looking for a place to replicate an old photo for my boss. On the phone they were very friendly and knowledgeable! In person they greeted us kindly and did a great job at addressing what we needed to get done. Their customer service gets an A+! I would definitely go there again in the future!
I received superb customer service from Anwen C.. I couldn’t get my passport picture approved. She spent time with me trying to figure out why. She figured out what the issue was and re-took my picture. It worked! My picture was approved!
