In brief, I just had one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company of any kind. Here is the story. Long time ago, I bought from Backscatter a wide angle underwater lens and used it on at least 60 dives (the lens is great!).
I ordered the Flip10 filter system with the micro lense; my dad uses this filter and his pictures came out so much better than mine. Fantastic filters! After ordering I received an email letting me know the filters were on back order but if I have an upcoming trip to email back and let them know.
Since two years I am using the Macromate mini for my Gopro. It really works great for macro and I managed to make some nice macro video's. On one of my last divetrips the inner lens somehow came lose. Because I wanted to try to repair it I asked if they have some spareparts.
