The Best Camera Store Ever!!! I have visited this store so many times, but never seemed to have the time to write a review and thank them for all their help over the years. Joe, an accomplished photographer himself and owner of the store, and his assistant Nicole go out of their way to assist their customers.
Been meaning to review this for years but never got to it. I came in here a couple times during vacation and each visit, they went above and beyond. I dropped off my film from a discounted roll that I bought here.
They could not have been more helpful. I brought in a camera that they don't even carry and did their best to find the problem. It couldn't be fixed. They don't carry cameras in my price range, but they had a used one that I could afford and they took more time to show me how to use it.
Orleans Camera continues to be my only stop for photo printing, despite no longer living in the area. The quality is absolutely superb, the friendly customer service cannot be beat, and the shipping is really fast. Love supporting this small business. Thank you, Orleans Camera!
