I live in Boston, and I mailed in my 50-year-old Pentax K1000 to be serviced. Mark was quick and communicative, and I received my camera back in a timely manner after it was cleaned. I can now see clearly through the viewfinder, and I can’t wait to use it to take photos, especially this holiday season!
Recently started my photography journey and I've been trying to get into film! I stopped by because I thought something was wrong with the camera that I purchased and Mark was kind enough to spend a few minutes with me to educate me and show me what I was doing wrong! he gave me great tips and advice!
I was having trouble with my d750.. I thought it was my lenses and it ended up being my body. Dropped off my gear on a Wednesday, had an answer by Friday. Free estimates and I was able to not waste money buying everything new, I only needed a new body. Grateful for the fast and quality service.
Mark is incredibly professional, very reasonably priced and super personable. Brought my om-1 in for a cleaning/repair and am super happy with the results. Had a great chat with him picking up my camera and he was also able to recommend some outreach options for local film development.
