Great place to look at camera merchandise in person and purchase. Always helpful and friendly. Plus they have services like film developing and gear rentals (through 3rd party but location is convenient for drop off and pickup).
I would like to thank Mike and Lawrence for going above and beyond my wildest expectations to deliver my new Epson 5370 printer to my studio.When the delivery service delivered my printer and I didn't have anyone to help me carry it upstairs Mike and Lawrence volunteered to come over and do it.
I ordered (off their web site) a significantly in demand camera that took over nine months to arrive. What I liked about them was that they were quick to respond to my emails and provide me information about my place in the line. When it finally arrived, they were quick to inform me.
Excellent customer service. Shout out to Niko, expert level advice on all questions I had!
