CatLabs is the way to go! Just relocated to the area and had a few disposable cameras to get developed, but none of the big box stores were accepting orders, which was super frustrating. In hindsight, that was for the best because the customer service at CatLabs was above and beyond!
I'm from Color Group - the leading imaging/photo studio in westchester county New York and went to Catlabs for help getting our Hassleblad X5 to work after it became unusable. Catlabs was able to get us set back up through hardware and software changes. Their service is top of the line.
I am definitely not a pro, and am also definitely very dumb for this, but I'd like to give a huge shout out to CatLABS for keeping my scans on file longer than they agreed to. I had forgotten to download them and reached out in desperate hope that they may still have them on file- and they did!
Excellent customer service! Plus they offer products that no one else in US does. Omer has been great and I’m glad I discovered CatLABS. I’ve done much shopping from B&H over the years and they are absolutely great; but CatLABS offers a personalized level of service as they get to know you.
