Very satisfied with the service. I was informed of the estimate, filled out the work and shipped my binoculars. I was informed of additional circuit board issues once the binoculars were received and diagnosed.
Found this company online ! I shipped my unit and they gave me a quote based on my diagnosis! Once they opened it , they found damage and my quote doubled ! I was apprehensive at first but it was a necessary fix. They fixed it , and shipped it back well packaged ! I’m extremely happy with their work and service !
