Today I received a call from Rue at Samy's and trust me, it was a humbling call for me. I have since changed my review for the better once I heard Rue's explanation. She restored my faith with Samy's and I will continue to sign up for classes.
I've been shopping and renting from Samy's camera for years now and I recently visited their Pasadena location. I have to say the customer service I received from assistant manager Clem Hernandez was amazing.
Samy's Camera is my go to camera shop! Shoutout to Juan, the video rental crew, and store manager Jason for always taking great care of me. There consistent with customer service and I know what to expect when I stop by.
