Thank goodness for General Camera Repair!! I have been taking my cameras to General Camera Repair since 1984 and I will never go anywhere else. Sabrina and her family and the staff run the shop with love and care. Their repairs are quick and just as good, if not better than the repairs at Canon and Nikon.
These guys have repaired my film camera (Nikon F3) a few times for different issues. I just did a big repair and it is working perfectly now. Customer service is excellent, the workers and very kind and friendly. Very knowledgeable in what they do. They can tell you what night here fixing just by looking at the camera.
I had a great experience with General Camera Repair and would recommend this shop to anyone with a vintage camera that needs to be fixed or cleaned! I took in an old Nikon film camera that had been dropped, the lens was bent, and it was very dirty.
The BEST place to take your camera for repair and maintenance! John has worked on my Canon 5D Mark IV and my 1DX Mark III. He is straight forward and honest. After repair, he cleans everything (sensor, mirror, dust, etc…). My gear feels and looks almost brand new. All within a few days turn around.
