Was planning to buy a new DSLR and accessories online but decided to give a local camera shop a try first. I had a done a lot of research already and was pretty educated going in on what I was looking for. The store was a great experience.
Hands down the best camera store and best people. My camera’s lens was messed up due to an accident, and the camera store elsewhere told me it would cost me more than 300$ to replace the lens, and the person here fixed the lens within 5 minutes.
I’ve always been very impressed by Cameras Etc in Newark, Delaware. I’ve bought cameras, lenses and other equipment from them. Nothing, however, will top my experience today. A couple of weeks ago I bought a Nikon Z8 from them. Today the release mode button was not working and the ‘i” menu was completely changed.
I stopped at the store today to get help with my camera that was giving me issues. Both of the gentlemen in the shop stopped what they were doing and took the time out of their day to help me figure out what was going on. It was a user error and they were so gracious in explaining what was happening.
