We dropped our camera off here to get cleaned. It was giving a black spot on the pictures and cleaning the lens didn't help. We were super impressed with the cleaning. The camera looked almost brand new when we picked it up and that spot was gone! The pricing was very reasonable as well.
I brought in a lens to see if they could repair it - they said it would be pretty costly and they couldn't do it on-site, so they would need to send it out. They offered to try a more cost-effective route, and with $50 worth of a few pieces, it has a temporary but great fix, which I'm happy with!
I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service provided by Bill and Kimberly at the Ephrata location! They are both so knowledgeable and exceptional in their abilities to give their customers the best whether it is the printed pictures or answered questions about picture taking.
Excellent customer service. I contacted Kurt about a lens I wanted, and it was was in stock at the nearest location after just one business day. They are an authorized Sony dealer, and I was able to get the student discount with my purchase. Friendly people!
