Had a great experience at Unique Photo! The staff and service quality were wonderful. I went to get my sensor cleaned and Zach was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond in explaining the process to me, and he also did a great, thorough job!
Good friendly customer service by 2 different associates. Didn't end up buying anything, but they answered my numerous questions and took their time explaining. Nice selection of cameras and lenses, overall solid store! I'd go back.
On vacation in Philly and I fell over and smashed my new camera. Rang these guys to ask if they would mind taking a look and telling me if they thought it might be repaired. They were really helpful, even though they knew I wasn't going to buy anything. Hope I can visit again some day and actually spend some cash!
I had a great experience today! My first time visiting Unique Photo and I can say that I was greeted with great hospitality. Caleb Shelton educated me on Canon cameras I had no idea about 😂 he also recommended the classes for me to attend that I WILL be attending!
