I’m a professional photographer, so when my camera wouldn’t turn on, I was devastated. I found Authorized Camera Repair online, and from the first conversation, I had a good feeling.
I rely heavily on my camera for my work. I shipped my camera to them for repair and paid a very small fee to express service and I had my camera back fully working, as well as cleaned exceptionally well (not even requested) within a week. They were extremely easy to work with and the process was hassle free.
Update 2026: Used Authorized Camera Repair again this year to replace the entire lens assembly on my irreplaceable discontinued Panasonic Lumix DC ZS70 point and shoot. Matt gave me a prompt and reasonable estimate and I again shipped the camera off to them.
I cannot say enough good things about Authorized Camera Repair. I sent both my camera body and lens in for impact damage repair and it was done in 3 weeks time; the camera and lens look brand spanking new. It was packed with great care and done at a fair price.
