Brooklyn Film Camera

Hosted a Tribeca Film Festival event here and was blown away by the incredible atmosphere/vibe of the store and particularly charmed by the incredible service — especially from Dan in the days leading up to the event and the event itself. He was there the whole time and was incredibly helpful and kind.

I would highly recommend Brooklyn Film Camera for film development and scanning services! I just moved back to the city and have been looking for the right place to trust with my film, as I’m really particular and want to make sure developing is in the right (skillful) hands.

I took my sweet Canonet there to be repaired as the lens became loose during recent travel. A week or so later, Taylor sent me an email saying he accidentally broke a small piece of the camera when he was trying to test it after he had repaired it--- which I understand! These cameras are old, and mistakes happen!

Very cool store with friendly and helpful staff. Came in to trade in an old polaroid camera and bought myself a fully serviced and refurbished SX 70 sonar. They had a very impressive selection of products and provide a variety of services. Also has a fun vintage photo booth inside.
