The very best. Personalized service you will not ever feel like “take a number and get in line” great and real customer service. Loved the events with industry pros. They still sell film. Great lineup of the newest gear. Great used equipment department. Patient and warm staff.
Otherworldly customer service - Super thankful to all the reps who helped me work out what equipment I needed for an assignment. They also went above and beyond in several areas. If you’ve been away from photography for a while, (like me) or you are just new to photography, this is the place to go.
Walked into store feeling stressed about my corrupted SD card and Manny helped me recover the photos from it like an absolute pro. He provided immediate support over emails after I had further issues relating to the card as well.
Excellent customer service. Both Tony and John were incredibly patient and friendly. Spent a lot of time with me just educating. Strongly recommend. I've been to multiple other camera stores in Manhattan and this is the only one I'd go back to.
