What I find of greatest value with 42nd street photo is TRULY knowledgeable camera consigliere’s . Not aloof or arrogant… but friendly and conversational. They help to tease apart all the specs into easily digestible user & photo experiences. Prices are leading edge.
I think it is a sacred place. The store is like a treasure box. A long-established used camera shop in Manhattan. Besides the front showcase, rarities are also sneaking in. Obstructive wallet enemies!! There are heaps of camera stuff that you can find here. There are also bargains in the junk.
