AMAZING ALL AROUND! I called to place an order for a lens I was needing on short notice. The employee who picked up the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. My order was packed and shipped next-day and I received it in two days.

I purchased a Go Pro from these guys several years ago and perhaps a few other accessories and they always provide a great service and technical support and I was very pleased. I hadn't had many dealings with them since then but recently found a floppy disk that had some photographs that had somehow become corrupted.

Customer service is the best in store and over the phone. A special shout out to Robbie. I'm 2 hours away and made an amature move that he helped me with over the phone. Thanks for not laughing too, hard! He wasn't laughing at me we were laughing at me together, I laughed at myself first!
