The lady that took care of me a today Thursday, October 22 was outstanding and exceptional in her service. I had dropped my digital camera and I knew I had damaged the lens on it and it was a special camera to me.
Deb found and reserved a Nikon SB-700 flash for me, said she'd have it for me last Tuesday. When I told her that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until today, Saturday, she said that she'd be happy to hold it for me and that she'd take care of me. Boy did she ever.
Every time I need help with my camera, or if I need accessories, the customer service I receive at Dodd Camera in Solon is top notch. They understand my needs and even help me find deals.
Went in with some issues with my cameras and came out with the issues fixed and new knowledge, which I really appreciated because I needed them fixed for a trip coming up and now have one less thing to stress about! 10/10 recommend!
