Vincent was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what was wrong with my camera when I wasn’t too certain. Got it back today and it’s as good as new! Thankfully, I can say I’ve found a guy to go to for all of my camera needs. He also has a lot of good merchandise for photographers.
I'm traveling from Florida doing birdwatching, until my camera stopped working. Found Webster Camera on Google Maps, highly reviewed compared to others in this area. Vincent diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. Lens motor died. No pressure from him on what to do, he gave me a few options. I chose to repair the lens.
Recently had my camera repaired at this place when the shutter stopped working. I had my husband drop off and pickup. He said that the man was very friendly. The quotes we got from him were the most cost effective and it only took about two weeks to get the camera back.
I had a Nikon FA that had a locked up rewind mechanism that I couldn’t figure out myself. I was a bit apprehensive to get it serviced at first, but I’m incredibly relieved that I decided to go to them for the repair.
