Friendly and informative customer service. We took our camera in for diagnostics and possible repair. Affordable diagnostic fee and I can not recall the young man’s name but he was so patient, he educated me with the process and what some of the newer cameras capabilities and features that are available when I asked.
Been a few times to get my camera cleaned and light seals replaced. Great quick service with accurate time frames on service. Developed photos with them as well and once again prompt service even to the point I got my scans sent to me the same day I dropped them off which was awesome.
Today reminded me that kindness still exists. Stopped by Humble Camera Center thinking I’d have to pay for repairs… but this sweet gentleman fixed my camera for free. He didn’t just fix my gear.. he restored a little faith in humanity.
I can’t say enough about Humble Camera Center. Brad and his team are the absolute BEST when it comes to anything cameras and printing. When my Dad passed away I had a photo I asked him to help me restore and blow up. It was incredible!
