I took an old analog camera that used to belong to my grandpa. It had been sitting for years and the lens was completely stuck. I honestly thought it was done for, but I really wanted to keep it because it means a lot to me. They checked it super carefully and also explained me what was wrong and what they could fix.
Walter’s repaired an older Canon zoom, that even the Canon repair center refused. Lens works like new. I highly recommend Walter’s!
Super kind and helpful. I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. Staff was super kind on both the phone and in person. Listened to me talk through the issue I was having with my Pentax 67, and even made some thoughtful suggestions about how to care for the camera in general.
