Once you find the office (second floor, use the heart radio entrance), press the doorbell to be let in. Superb service! I have total trust in them. I took my 77D in because the SD slot stopped working. A week later I have it back; working like new & polished up!
Great service, really helpful staff, very knowledgeable and caring. The best place to take your Cannon equipment if you need it work done on it. I am always happily surprised that the bill for repairs is less than I feared it would be.
It IS a CPS repair location, is open for walk-in service, is located in Suite 250, and parking in the garage can be validated by the staff, so free parking.
I've been going to Canon seminars and workshops for years, usually the Costa Mesa location but I've been coming here as well as they offer more industry and film/video events. All i can say is wow--the staff at Canon is the best of the best and they never fail to impress. CPS services are a dream.
