If you need any repair for your electronics this is the place to go. Very high degree of businesses ethics: honest, friendly and helpful. I have a 220V Behringer mixer that I want it to fix without using external power converter. I called several places and the best one I found was $50 to give me an estimate.
Excellent customer service!! I shipped my broken lens to them, they called me within 5 minutes of receipt (I know because I had just received delivery confirmation from FedEx) to let me know the lens had arrived and they will look at it right away.
I was on a live shoot a few months ago and one of my Canon lens (EF200)the one most important to my shoot would not focus correctly. I called Tekmediagroup requesting possible same day service after numerous unsuccessful calls to other service companies in the area.
I brought in my Canon EOS 60D digital Camera to Tek Media. It was about a month ago. I had problems viewing through the lens of my camera. I was afraid there was dust locked inside the lens itself, and it would cost me at least a few hundred dollars to remedy this. I met Dave at the front desk and he was amazing!!
