Ok, I have to clear the air. I was nervous about sending my Canon R6 Mii from the east coast all the way to the west coast. Particularly, with me just paying it off! They did EVERYTHING they promised, and cleaned and reset my camera to factory.
I tore out the handle on my canon r88 video camera. There's nothing to be done with a scratch, but the handle had to be restored. I addressed to Eric's, this workshop located at only a few minutes walk from me. The master has disassembled the camera in front of me, he has made repair and gave the camera.
My honest opinion, I disregarded most of the negative reviews as they are from impatient people that do not live nearby and decided to go with this business for the repair.
Eric is terrific. Once you go to his store, you know that he is passionate about cameras. For him, the most important part is repairing your camera. And I see that he loves his work. Eric was extremely generous with his time, explaining how a lot of things work, and answered all the questions that I had.
