I live far away from the state of Illinois, yet I stumbled upon Dan from one of the fujifilm Facebook groups, he was showing a recent repair, curiously I reached out to him, mind you, my XE-1 and XT-1 were no longer serviced by Fujifilm as they are considered obsolete.
My Panasonic had taken a pretty bad fall, and I was having trouble finding a service to fix it. Some places wouldn't take it and others were too expensive. I sent it in to VAS to get an estimate, not really expecting much, but I got a great quote back. The process was easy and communication was very clear.
