I shipped my camera to Chris from Orlando due to a local shop calibrating my lenses inappropriately and then suggesting it might be me that had the issue. Chris got my lenses back to razor sharp focus thanks to his knowledge and experience.
I came to know of Chris' business after I had a zoom lens lock up on me during a shoot. Chris was able to repair the lens affordably but I left a body and a few more lenses for the full clean and calibrate spa treatment and I couldn't be happier. I have been NAILING focus since.
Chris was very professional! I was a skeptical at first about leaving one of my babies(camera) with a total stranger. After talking with Chris over the phone, he immediately made me feel comfortable about the calibration needed on my camera. He was very thorough, and knowledgeable!
Chris did an amazing job. We found him online and took a risk to drive from New Orleans for him to clean and calibrate my camera equipment (one body and three lenses.) The 'risk' paid off and I can't say enough good things about the experience.
