This company is absolutely awesome. In my line of work, we utilize the Olympus Tough Camera's all the time, however, after a year or two, the lens and screen tend of get really scratched up, affecting the quality of the photo. We reached out to this repair shop, and they have refurbished all of our camera's.
My camera lens came back, fully repaired like new. They were quick to repairing the lens and the lens were back to snapping more photos within two weeks of sending them in. The emails sent regarding status updates were light on detail, but overall, I thought they were professional.
This group did great work for my camera. The electronic viewfinder was broken but they were able to fix it and mail it back for less than $200. For some reason there weren't email updates when my camera arrived, was fixed and shipped back out, but I was able to call to get its status & tracking number.
this place is amazing they were able to fix my broken joystick on my OM-1 in one week.
