I recently had my Panasonic GX9 repaired by Royal Camera Service and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. Before choosing them, I contacted almost every repair provider across North America, and honestly, some seemed pretty shady.
Based on all the positive reviews, I sent my old Nikon D70 in for an estimate. Received emails confirming arrival of my camera and estimate. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and I called to approve and pay for the repairs. When I got my camera back, I couldn’t believe how nice it looked...
Stopped by on a whim on a Saturday just an hour before they closed to get a second opinion on a lens another shop had recently told me would need to be sent out for repairs taking two weeks....
I had dropped my Canon 28-135 lens and damaged the the filter ring. i found Royal Camera through "Google" search. I emailed a photo of my damaged lens. The recommended sending the lens to them for further evaluation. They got back with me with their details and price to fix my lens.
