WOW! Garry is amazing!!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! For a grand total of $128 Garry was able to take my father's old Minolta XGM that he got in college and passed down to me, but stopped working after 44 years, and make it almost like new again, and in just ONE WEEK full turnaround time!
I was initially skeptical of the quality of the CLA because it took less than a day to complete repair. However, the quality of CLA was top notch. I sent in a completely inoperable Canon FTb (stuck shutter, stuck advance, broken preview/self timer level, etc.) and received a camera that feels like new.
I sent my AE1 Program to get the squeal fixed and it was sent back in less than a week. Garry took great care of my camera and it feels better than when I first purchased it. He did such a great job and took amazing care of my camera. I would recommend Garry’s to anyone who is looking to get their film camera serviced.
Sent my old Minolta XG7 here for repair. Service was good, cost was fair, turn around time for the work performed was fast as was the return shipping. Recommend not paying with Pay Pal as I had an issue with it, ended up paying with Zelle and the payment went thru easily.
