Highly recommend Retrospekt if you need something (camera, cassette player, whatever) old repaired!! They have incredible customer service and sent me back my grandma's old Polaroid camera, as if I had purchased it new!
Sent my SX-70 in for repair as it stopped working and they sent back my beloved camera all fixed up and new with a report and some fantastic stickers! (I ordered the flash kit and film for it too) I was happily surprised that they put it in an SX-70 box upon return too! How cool to have a box now!
My SX-70 stopped ejecting film this year. Retrospekt gave me some trouble shooting tips first but they didn’t work so I sent it in for repair. Their communication about the process was excellent and I got my camera back in less than 3 weeks! Included was a checklist of all the things checked, adjusted, or replaced.
