I was having an issue with a tripod and unable to get the issue solved via email with the manufacturer. I was on my way to the UPS store to send the tripod back to the manufacturer as a last resort. Because I've dealt with Mike's Camera many times over many years, I decided I would see if they could help.
Mike's camera is a staple of customer service. I don't know of any company that provides any better service than Mike's camera. Location does not matter, they all have super service. They held a $2,500 lens for me so I could pick it up next week. I was looking at bags for my new lens.
Not only are the products provided top notch, the customer service is incredible. Brian helped me through my first purchase at this wonderful (local!!!) business. He listened to everything I needed, provided expert recommendations, and I could not be happier with my purchases.
WOW! Carl is amazing, all of the reviews i have seen of this location say the exact same thing. He is hilarious and personable and extremely knowledgeable. helped us so much and could not be a better salesman! Emily was also incredible and so generous to allow us to buy some old spare parts of hers.
