Today was trade in your old gear day—I felt that they gave a very reasonable trade in value for all of my items. I was able to use the credit to put towards an R7. Customer service: the best place Ive gone to that has staff that actually helps you improve your skills.
I had an excellent experience purchasing professional photo gear through Mike’s Camera. I was referred to Mike’s Camera, and in particular Bill Diebert, by a trusted colleague. Both of us have been working in the photography industry for over 20 years, so that rec carried real value.
Mike's Camera Online really delivers GREAT customer service. I ordered an OM System remote wireless shutter release two weeks before a trip to Ladakh, India, where I plan to do some astrophotography in the evenings after photographing the monasteries and their people during the day.
