I signed up for a weekend photoshoot and class using Leica equipment. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the course. I was impressed when I received a phone call from one of the staff asking if everything was okay. I explained my situation and expressed my regret for not being able to make it.
The employees here have always been extremely friendly and helpful.
