I came into the store a few weeks ago at the crossroads of having problems with my Nikon D3200. After speaking to Matthew, I left with an abundance of information. He gave me his honest opinions and suggestions. I appreciate how organize and clean the store was, and the attention I got as a customer!
Kohne has served the community well for a long time. I shop here for used gear, film, and film processing. I stopped getting film processed here for a few years ago, but recently dropped off a few rolls. In that time, the price for film processing has increased quite a bit.
The best service in Northwest Ohio and comparable to the best service you'll find anywhere. It only takes once to see the distinct quality difference in their prints. Khones has incredible skilled photoshop specialists on-sight to help you create anything you can imagine.
I needed to rent a last minute lense for an unexpected shoot and they were incredible with helping me get what I needed and working with me on the days I needed it! Great people, great customer service!
