This place is the best place to get into film photography!! I bought a cheap film camera on eBay back in 2021, and after shooting a roll of film, I didn't know where to go get it developed. It took 2 years for me to finally google a place and I found this via Google Maps!
I went to a place called Competitive Camera to get my Canon G7X Mark III fixed. It had sand in the lense. They quoted me $600-$800 and a 5 week turn around without even looking at the camera. I walked out and drove to Garland Camera and the difference was astonishing. Incredible, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I am a casual photographer and was looking for a compact travel camera to replace my old Canon Rebel T5. While a new Rebel was on the top of my list, an employee recommended a Fujifilm XS-20 and it was love at first sight.
