5 star for service! Natalie was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Anything she didnt know she said so and she quickly went to find out from the owner or her phone. As for store inventory, really wish they had more Fuji lenses and cameras to try out or even rent.
OMG!!!!!! Went to Fort Worth Camera immediately after having been "blown off" at another store - Dealt with Charlie, who had my camera fixed and operating perfectly in less than 5 minutes!!!! Needless to say, they have earned my respect and my business from this point forward.
I haven’t even bought anything but had to give a review. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spoke on the phone with Addison to ask about some digital cameras I am interested in. He was so helpful, very nice, and accommodating. I will gladly drive an hour from Plano to Forth Worth just on customer service alone!
I went there as a last resort before abandoning my favorite tripod.One of the legs popped out and I couldn't figure out what it would take to get it back together. One of their sales reps was able to save me a few hundred dollars and fixed it in no time! Much appreciated.
