Called to ask about repair options for a lens. Ed is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will use his services in the future!
Ed is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. He answered many questions about three film cameras I brought him and even took the time to look over each with me, determining which needed serviced and which did not-saving me from paying for unnecessary work.
I had an experience that far exceeded expectations. I had a Nikon that had the battery pack inserted upside down. I knew that I could brute force it out. However, I was afraid that I may do additional damage that might be very, very expensive to repair.
My Nikon D610 had a really dirty sensor, I went to a camera shop in Arlington and they wouldn't touch it because this particular model had problems with oil from the shutter system spraying onto the sensor. They told me my only option was to send it off to Nikon.
