I’m a novice at best. I went in due to having spots in all my photos and assuming my 14 year old canon 40D needed the mirror cleaned. They informed me that what it needed was the sensor cleaned and they could do it while I waited. The price was fair, the service was quick and at no time did I feel slighted.
The best customer service I've dealt with in the camera industry. Quick responses, helpful answers and good attitude throughout the process– I was looking for assistance / repair on a broken lens and they were continuously in touch and helpful throughout unlike the previous shop I used.
Always have had a great experience here, they sent out a Sigma 35mm Art lens to be repaired for me. I also purchased a XT-2 near mint condition, reasonably priced.
Will continue shopping here. Was able to secure a Fuji X-M5 here and later a Fuji 16-55mm mark II when my respective pre-orders from elsewhere were delayed. Each time I emailed after I placed my order to confirm availability and expected shipping and both times I received a reply within minutes.
