Great customer service when I went there to buy a lens. He went out of his way to provide insight, looked at every comparable lens to make sure I was getting the cleanest used lens out of what was available, and was very accommodating. I plan to return here for my future needs.
I bought a used Canon 100mm Macro there. Service was fine. It's a small shop and local. They actually have pre-owned gear. It's nice to find a shop like that. Some of the bigger stores in the city have nothing but New gear thus you need a bigger wallet. These small shops are great for finding bargains.
