Bill is extremely knowledgeable of Mamiya cameras. I sent him my Mamiya 7ii for repair after talking to him briefly about my camera. He knew exactly what was going on and was able to remove the internal part of my broken self timer button. He also showed me exactly how he fixed it and explained the process.
