I was so thrilled to find a place like Video Express and speak directly to a small business owner like Michael who delivered fantastic professionalism and customer service. I was looking to have my weather-damaged DVDs of some home videos assessed and hopefully fixed.
Excellent service done quickly and efficiently. Mike verified the tapes were still readable 36yrs after being made, and informed me that one tape did not contain what the label stated it was and asked if I still wanted to transfer it to digital. Prices were more than fair, and done very quickly.
I had been searching for years for a reputable local business who could transfer 60 hours of video tapes that were between 20 and 30 years old to a thumb drive. I didn't want to mail these out of state, because if they got lost, than I would be out all of these family memories.
So Video Express was recommended to me through a friend of mine who makes his living in video production. I had some VHS tapes that have old home movies from the early 60's that was originally from super 8 film. Now I wanted to go digital from those VHS.
