First time here. I chose this place because of the great reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. I had an old, vintage camera that I thought needed a couple things done. The owner was really pleasant and helpful.
It was serendipity that I found this gem of a store here in Tucson. I was having an issue with my Canon point-and-shoot Elph 190 IS. It would not turn on even though I had charged the battery but still no power. I tried looking on the web for possible solutions but none of them worked.
UPDATE FROM TODAY: 4/28/2025 Tucson Camera Repair is an outstanding local shop that truly stands out for its excellent customer service. Every interaction I've had with them has been marked by great communication, professionalism, and deep knowledge of photography and equipment.
10/10 friendly, knowledgeable service. Not a “camera issue” per se, but my gimbal head is currently stuck on my tripod due to a stripped screw. I called to see if they would be able to help and John (the owner) had me bring it in so he could take a look.
