They took the time to diagnose the issue, explained my options, and got everything resolved without any hassle. The pricing was fair and the turnaround time was impressive.

My desktop computer was crashing repeatedly and finally wouldn't boot up at all. I brought it here, and they figured out what was wrong within a day. Had to wait a few days for the part to come (earlier than expected), and now it's working like new. I didn't lose a single file.
