Great customer service. I took off a star because their trade in prices are much lower than online so I'm not sure I'd recommend trading in. But I'm still happy with my choice. The store is large with so much to look at and plenty of knowledgeable employees ready to answer questions. A wonderful little spot
I also had some unpleasant customer service experiences in the past, but it seems like Schiller’s has done everything they can to turn it around. All of my recent visits have been above and beyond. Super helpful staff and good services!
This place was great! Customer service is excellent. The turnaround on getting film developed is quick. We pick up our photos today and I'm excited!!!
I have to give it up to Matt and the entire crew at Schiller's. I came in on a very tight schedule with what I thought was a broken shutter release on my old Mamiya RB67.
