Gratitude. My heart is full of gratitude for the craftsmanship, care, diligence and skill to Ryan Jones and the ProCamera team. My dad gave me his camera years ago in decent condition and I shot with it until it stopped working. I was lucky to have inherited my grandfather’s camera which also needed work.
I recently sent in my F100 to Pro Camera for a meter repair and a CLA. This was my first time using their services, but I'm very happy with the excellent service, and I will now be sending all of my future camera repairs to Bill.
Short version: A great store suited for enthusiasts and professionals. Super-knowledgeable staff. Richmond Camera is friendlier towards beginners, but has more limited stock. I consider myself a regular at this store now, and I've had the most peculiar experiences here.
I sent two cameras to Pro Camera, a Nikon F100 and a Canon 5d for professional cleanings (CLA) because they had dust/fungus. Each time they did an excellent job. I was nervous about sending my cameras through the mail but it was fine. Cameras were cleaned and returned in a timely manner.
