I sent my Sony A7SIII for in-warranty repair about three weeks ago. To be honest the bad reviews made me a little nervous but Precision Camera went above and beyond to keep me posted on the repair process and provide a great repair experience.
Recently my Sony A7RV shut down. The screen went black and it wouldn’t turn on. After contacting Sony they recommended sending it in for repair. They had it sent to Precision Camera. I was nervous when I saw the reviews but sent my camera anyway. I sent my camera June 25th and got it back July 10th.
I have a Sony a7siii with Sony protect. I’ve seen negative reviews about this location online so it made me nervous when Sony had me send them my unit. However I had the completely opposite experience. I never spoke or contacted them but they did a tremendous job on my camera and did it FAST!
Had an issue with the LCD screen inside the viewfinder on my Nikon DSLR and sent here for repair. The turnaround was impressive. The camera shows arrived on Tuesday morning. On Thursday it is already on its way back to me.
