I traveled to Raleigh to photograph an event and discovered the evening before that my camera sensor needed cleaning. They offer sensor cleanings for FREE (literally saved me from having to edit our black specks from a thousand photos) and were just very lovely people to interact with on a Monday morning.

What a cool, laid-back camera shop! Been a couple of times - once in the old location and now the new one - and love the service. This last time I was looking at a specific light - they took the time to demo it and answer questions. Since their price was the same as Amazon, I bought local!
I had accidentally dropped my camera (fujifilm E-X5), which bent the frame enough that the battery door would no longer close properly. I brought it in expecting I’d have to send it off for repair, especially since other shops either couldn’t help or weren’t interested in looking at it.
