When I think of an ancient guru living in the middle of nowhere with a superpower that can change the world, I think of Gus from Northwest Camera Repair. I truly believed my Canon G7X was done for — it hadn’t turned on in months.
My shutter for my Sony a73 got ruined at a wedding a few weeks ago. I called up my local camera shop (national camera exchange) and they recommended this shop. The service was great. He was clear about when to expect for my camera to be repaired. I actually got my camera back a few days sooner then expected.
Northwest Camera and Video Repair is first class amazing! Gus is the "Real Deal!" I just brought in my Canon 6D. It was not accepting SD cards. Sure enough, a small bit of one was lodged in there. Gus, on the spot, within two minutes, had it out, then checked the connections, and made sure it was ready for use.
Great prompt service. I had a problem with Nikon D300s. They fixed it and cleaned the sensor in just 45 minutes. I did a little Christmas shopping while I waited. Would highly recommend!
